• In one of the largest auctions ever in the state of Illinois, Northern Illinois Gas sold 5,242 acres of farmland, building sites and development land.  Located near Morris and Minooka, Illinois, this property sold for a total price of $17.14 Million on auction day. 
• Detroit Thomas Edison brought a unique property to auction, over a mile of beautiful Lake Michigan frontage. An ideal location just outside of Ludington, Michigan with 36 residential building sites,  this property sold for $12.75 Million.
