Recently focusing on the auction market, Fred has honed his sales skills and developed an ability to offer unsurpassed service. Over the last two years Fred excelled in the coordination of many notable auctions. Two recent projects include:
- 7,740 acres of Merchantable and Long Leaf Timber, located within East Texas' Big Thicket, was sold at auction. With a selling price of $2,864,000 this property contained merchantable pine and natural and slash plantations which had potential to provide immediate return on investment.
- Christine Hamilton, a well-known leader in the agricultural arena, brought South Dakota cropland, pastureland and hay land to market, offered in 14 tracts on auction day. At the end of the day, all 1590 acres sold for $1,897, 500.
