Eric plays a vital role in Westchester's Farm Management business, being relied on to manage as many as 20,000 acres at once.  His experience as a farm manager has gained him valuable insight into the agricultural network in Illinois and the surrounding states.  Eric has recently taken a successful step into the Auction side of the business.  Two auctions that really stand out:

• An East Central Illinois property was marketed as development land due to its prime location and scenic setting.  Sold for $8,800 per acre. 
• 362 acre property located south of Lake Shelbyville that offered buyers a combination of tillable and hunting/recreational and potential building sites.
